Quality of Care is a community-based program designed to provide accurate and effective home, community, habilitation and vocational services to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Health Disorders, by professionally designing individualized plans to meet the level of each unique and precious individual.
QOC Foundation is a 501c3 organization designed to help individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
